Before submitting
- Mediation is voluntary and confidential.
- ECHO does not take sides, make decisions, or impose outcomes.
- Mediation services are non-legal and do not replace court processes.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for an initial response.
- If this is an emergency, call 911 immediately.
