  • Mediation services are non-legal and do not replace court processes.
  • Please allow 2–3 business days for an initial response.

    This form helps us understand the situation you are experiencing and determine whether mediation services may be an appropriate option.

    Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process facilitated by a neutral third party. Our role is to support respectful communication, clarify concerns, and help parties explore mutually acceptable solutions. We do not take sides, make decisions, or impose outcomes.

    After your request is submitted, our team will review the information provided and determine next steps. Please allow 2–3 business days for an initial response. If mediation appears appropriate, we will contact the involved parties to discuss participation and scheduling. Participation is voluntary for all parties.

    Important Notes

    - Mediation services are non-legal and do not replace court proceedings.

    - ECHO does not provide financial assistance, rental assistance, or risk mitigation funds through this service.

    - All services are provided in compliance with Fair Housing laws and without discrimination.

    - Submitting a request does not guarantee mediation will occur. Participation must be agreed upon by all parties.
