ECHO Registration

Registration is for individuals and families who wish to confirm their eligibility for income-restricted units in ECHO’s 100% affordable housing developments. The process involves providing documentation to comply with the Los Angeles Housing Department’s regulatory agreements for affordability. Once approved, participants can create an account, view ECHO’s Affordable Housing Properties (AHPs) under construction, build a favorites list, and apply to join the waitlist for available properties. When a property is ready, those on the waitlist will have the opportunity to view the units, and if they choose to proceed, they can sign a lease and move in.
